This full-time role demands a compassionate, skilled, and organized individual who will serve as the frontline representative of the company, providing essential support for therapy, crisis interventions, and service coordination across various mental health settings. The Receptionist is responsible for managing a multi-line phone system, assisting with doctor appointments and client charts, and warmly greeting and directing both staff and clients. The role requires a balance of administrative proficiency and interpersonal skills, as it involves various office support duties alongside customer service tasks.

Working with Carolina Outreach means being part of an organization that values work-life balance, professional development, and employee well-being. The team culture is designed to support clinicians without overloading them, providing flexibility in scheduling and steady caseload management. Employees benefit from a robust package of health plans including medical, dental, and vision coverage, wellness programs, paid time off, retirement plans, and financial education.
