Job Duties

  • support front desk security procedures
  • oversee conference room calendars
  • ensure meeting spaces and equipment are ready for use
  • provide day-to-day clerical assistance such as document preparation, typing, filing, photocopying, and assembling printed materials
  • support mail handling and office correspondence
  • assist with general administrative tasks as needed
