Job Requirements

- minimum of 2 years receptionist or administrative experience
- proficiency in using office software and equipment

Job Duties
- Welcome guests in a courteous manner
- respond to inquiries
- guide visitors to the appropriate person or meeting space
- coordinate incoming and outgoing deliveries, including courier shipments and package distribution
- maintain accurate visitor records
- manage badge or pass issuance
- support front desk security procedures
- oversee conference room calendars
- ensure meeting spaces and equipment are ready for use
- provide day-to-day clerical assistance such as document preparation, typing, filing, photocopying, and assembling printed materials
- support mail handling and office correspondence
- assist with general administrative tasks as needed
