Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of relevant experience in an office environment
- bilingual fluency (English/Spanish) may be required
- reside in the state of Texas
- ability to commute to office or assigned on-site location
- flexible to work both remotely and in-office
- comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- excellent communication skills
- strong organizational abilities
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of relevant experience in an office environment
- bilingual fluency (English/Spanish) may be required per grant requirements
- 2-3 years of relevant experience preferred
- proficient in MS Office, Google Apps and internet research
- excellent written and oral communication skills
- excellent organizational skills
- ability to multitask and prioritize without guidance
- capacity to work independently and on team projects
- strong alignment with RAICES mission and values
Job Duties
- Greet and welcome clients
- answer telephone calls, calendar appointments and take messages
- gather, track and record client data
- receive and sort incoming and outgoing mail
- keep detailed and accurate records of visitor requests and calls received
- assume general administrative responsibilities including detailed case management and timekeeping
- engage in community outreach
- accept payment from clients as needed
