Job Description

Open Sky is currently seeking a part-time Receptionist for their main office front desk. This role is a critical frontline ambassador position designed for a friendly, organized individual who can skillfully manage a busy reception area in a secure and welcoming environment. Working Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., with occasional afternoon flexibility, the Receptionist will be the initial point of contact for visitors and callers, providing excellent customer service and administrative assistance. Key responsibilities include greeting visitors, directing and supporting them efficiently, managing incoming telephone calls, sorting and distributing daily mail, and maintaining accurate electronic records and calendars. This position offers a base pay rate of $20.00 per hour.

The Receptionist must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills alongside strong organizational abilities to ensure smooth operations at the front desk. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and prior experience with administrative or clerical procedures are essential. A High School Diploma or equivalent and a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record are required qualifications.
