Job Description

APP is currently seeking a Receptionist to join its dedicated team. This role is pivotal to the smooth operation of the company’s front office, offering an essential point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees. The Receptionist will be responsible for managing incoming communications, welcoming guests with professionalism, and maintaining the overall appearance and functionality of the reception and lobby areas. In this role, you will be responsible for answering phones, directing calls appropriately, taking messages, and greeting visitors warmly and professionally. Additionally, you will manage the receiving, sorting, and internal distribution of mail and small packages. The position also includes administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, faxing, data entry, scanning, and ordering office supplies to maintain operational continuity. The Receptionist will coordinate meeting logistics and assist with special events to support the broader organization's functioning.

An ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to work independently with minimal supervision while approaching the job with a proactive and positive attitude. Maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to company policies and safety regulations is integral. Job Qualifications

  • 6+ months related experience as receptionist or general office assistant
