Job Duties
- Welcomes visitors and answers incoming calls in a warm, pleasant, and professional manner
- Maintains a clean and neat reception area
- Handles specific resident services and community tasks as assigned
- Seeks administrative support as needed
- Ensures CAPLICO Core Values and Code of Conduct are adhered to at all times
- Ensures compliance with Resident Rights and HIPAA policies at all times
- Provides a welcoming environment for residents, staff, and all visitors
- Maintains up-to-date knowledge of community services
- Greets visitors courteously and directs them to the appropriate area or personnel
- Answers routine questions
- Operates paging and telephone systems
- Takes detailed messages and relays them promptly
- Prepares outgoing community mail for pickup
- Sorts and distributes incoming mail to departments
