Headquartered in Milan, Italy, Campari Group operates 25 manufacturing plants and maintains its own distribution network in 26 countries. With a workforce of approximately 4,700 employees and a presence listed on the Italian Stock Exchange since 2001, Campari Group solidifies its position as the sixth-largest player in the global premium spirits sector. The company takes pride in combining heritage, quality, and innovation to consistently deliver exceptional experiences to its customers and partners, making it an inspiring place to work and grow professionally.

The Reception, Community & Events Coordinator position at Campari’s New York City Headquarters is an essential role designed to enhance both employee and guest experiences by serving as the primary point of contact for reception, guest hospitality, community engagement, and event coordination. This full-time role entails managing day-to-day reception operations such as visitor registration, VIP visits, and front-line hospitality tasks while maintaining a welcoming and organized office environment that reflects the company’s culture and hospitality standards.

Collaborating closely with the HQ Experience team, the Coordinator aids in planning and executing a variety of office events and community programs, ensuring smooth logistics, vendor coordination, and high-quality experiences for all participants. The position requires a strong ability to multitask, excellent organizational skills, and a hospitality-first mindset to build meaningful relationships across internal and external stakeholders.

Success in this role is defined by ensuring a productive and efficient office environment, exemplary guest and visitor experiences, and the seamless execution of events and programs that foster a vibrant workplace culture. Additionally, the Reception, Community & Events Coordinator plays a vital part in upholding operational excellence by managing facility operations, coordinating maintenance services, overseeing mail and package logistics, and partnering with vendors and service providers. Campari Group offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $70,000 for this position, complemented by a generous benefits package and eligibility for discretionary bonuses, reflecting the company’s commitment to fair compensation and employee well-being.

Joining Campari Group means embracing diversity and inclusion, as the company fosters a workplace that values every individual’s unique contributions without regard to race, gender, or any protected characteristic. This role is ideal for candidates passionate about hospitality, event coordination, and office management who seek to contribute meaningfully to a dynamic, internationally recognized company renowned for its premium products and dedication to excellence.
