Job Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work full-time or part-time hours as required

Greet and assist residents and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor
Maintain organization across various community departments
Communicate effectively with team members and residents to ensure smooth operations
Quickly identify and resolve any issues or problems that arise
Exhibit professionalism and calmness in all work-related situations
Support the community’s mission to enhance residents’ quality of life
Foster a positive, respectful, and caring environment for seniors and their families
