BJ's Wholesale Club is currently seeking a Receiving Department Supervisor to join their team. This full-time role requires an individual with full open availability who will be responsible for supervising the receiving department operations. The Receiving Supervisor plays a crucial role in managing the receipt and disposition of merchandise and inventory, ensuring all procedures are followed meticulously to maintain accuracy and efficiency. Key responsibilities include processing paperwork, verifying merchandise against purchase orders, addressing any discrepancies or damages, and maintaining a safe and positive environment for both team members and members of the club.

This position involves leading and mentoring receiving department staff, coordinating delivery schedules, managing inventory controls, and enforcing club standards to achieve business targets. The supervisor is expected to demonstrate strong leadership skills, business acumen, and the ability to communicate effectively with team members and logistics partners.
