The benefits package offered to full-time team members includes comprehensive health and wellness coverage with medical, dental, and vision insurance, along with basic life and disability insurance options. Additionally, there are opportunities for retirement savings through a 401(k) plan, paid time off including vacation and sick leave, nine paid holidays, profit-sharing bonuses, employee discounts, and supportive programs such as an Employee Assistance Program.
