Job Requirements
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule including weekends, early evenings, and holidays
- Comfortable with basic computer operations
- Previous experience in stockroom or inventory roles
- Friendly, engaging, and approachable attitude towards guests, team members, and venue staff
- Ability to frequently lift and/or move items weighing 50-75 pounds
- Willingness and ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as standing, walking, reaching, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling
Job Qualifications
- Previous stockroom or inventory experience
- Basic computer skills for inventory management
- Positive and engaging attitude towards guests and team members
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Job Duties
- Organize and manage inventory including receiving, transferring, packing, stocking, and ticketing merchandise
- Support daily store operations by assisting the store management team
- Deliver exceptional guest service through maintaining a fully stocked and organized sales floor
- Maintain an orderly and efficient stockroom environment
- Collaborate effectively with team members and venue staff to ensure smooth operations
