Job Description

Event Network is a premier destination operator, specializing in creating exceptional retail experiences at some of the most iconic and inspiring locations throughout the United States. Known for infusing passion, creativity, and purpose into all facets of their operations, Event Network strives to enhance guest engagement by delivering memorable environments that resonate with the unique mission and values of each site they serve. Their commitment to excellence ensures that every retail interaction is not only efficient but also enriching, reflecting the high standards expected at these prominent venues.

As a Receiving Lead at Event Network, you will play a critical role in maintaining the operational flow and guest satisfaction through expert inventory management and strong team collaboration. This role involves organizing and managing all aspects of merchandise receiving and stockroom operations—from receiving shipments and transferring stock to packing, ticketing, and stocking products—ensuring that the sales floor remains fully stocked and orderly. By supporting daily store operations, the Receiving Lead assists the store management team to guarantee smooth workflows and operational efficiency.

The position demands a flexible schedule, including availability on weekends, early evenings, and holidays to meet the dynamic needs of retail environments. A basic knowledge of computers is required to handle inventory systems and related administrative tasks effectively. Prior experience in stockroom or inventory positions is essential, ensuring familiarity with inventory processes and a standard of accuracy and accountability that benefits the team and enhances guest experiences. Additionally, the Receiving Lead must maintain a positive and welcoming attitude, fostering an approachable and friendly atmosphere for guests, team members, and venue personnel alike.

Physically, this role requires frequent standing, walking, and manual handling, with occasional activities such as reaching, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling. The ability to lift or move items weighing between 50 and 75 pounds is necessary. Event Network prioritizes workplace inclusivity and offers reasonable accommodations for individuals with disabilities to perform essential job functions.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence the customer experience at some of the nation’s most treasured destinations. For individuals eager to bring their passion, talent, and dedication to a respected company that values diversity and inclusiveness, Event Network welcomes your application. Join their team and contribute to crafting unparalleled retail experiences while advancing your career within a supportive, dynamic environment. Event Network is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer committed to fostering an inclusive atmosphere for all team members.
