We are currently seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Merchandisers to join our store teams. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the company brand by ensuring customers receive excellent service and enjoy a positive shopping experience. The Merchandiser's primary focus will be on maximizing product inventory through processing freight, organizing and distributing stock, pulling and stocking merchandise, constructing attractive displays and end caps, placing signage, and facilitating digital business operations such as fulfilling online orders and assisting with in-store and curbside pickup and delivery services. Your responsibilities may also include driving and making deliveries if assigned. You will be part of a dynamic team reporting directly to the store management group, and depending on business needs, you may take on additional duties related to sales or front-end operations.
This position offers both part-time and full-time opportunities, with employment classified as regular. Hourly wages range from $14.31 to $20.03, reflecting factors such as market location and experience. Seasonal roles are also available for up to six months, after which there may be opportunities to apply for non-seasonal positions. Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Ability to walk, bend down repeatedly, and be on feet for 8-10 hours a day
- Ability to climb ladders and lift 50 lbs overhead and repeatedly
- May be exposed to various outdoor weather conditions throughout the workday
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1-3 years of experience
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends

Job Duties
- Maximize product inventory including processing freight, organizing and distributing inventory, pulling and stocking merchandise, building displays and end caps, placing signage, supporting digital business operations including fulfilling orders and assisting with in-store and curbside pick-up and delivery services including driving and making deliveries if assigned
- Deliver exceptional service and personalized experience by greeting customers, engaging to build relationships, informing about products and services
- Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge
- Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs
- Maintain safety and cleanliness standards across the store
- Ensure adherence to all applicable laws and regulations related to the sale of alcohol and maintain a safe and compliant store environment
- Complete cross-functional responsibilities and other duties as assigned
- Load and deliver orders in a safe and professional manner following company policies and procedures and abiding by all traffic and safety laws if delivery is added as an essential job function
