Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Ability to walk bend repeatedly and be on feet for 8-10 hours a day
- Capability to climb ladders and lift 50 lbs overhead repeatedly
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Must comply with all laws and company policies related to the sale of alcohol
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver’s license and safe driving record if delivery duties are assigned
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1-3 years of experience with 1 or more years preferred in a retail setting
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- Knowledge of alcohol products through training or experience preferred
Job Duties
- Maximize product inventory including processing freight organizing and distributing inventory pulling and stocking merchandise building displays and end caps placing signage and supporting digital business operations
- Deliver exceptional service and personalized customer experience by greeting customers engaging to build relationships and informing about products and services
- Participate in wine spirits and beer training to build product knowledge
- Maintain knowledge of advertisements promotions and loyalty programs
- Maintain safety and cleanliness standards across the store
- Ensure adherence to all applicable laws and regulations related to the sale of alcohol and maintain a safe and compliant store environment
- Complete cross-functional responsibilities and other duties as assigned
- Load and deliver orders in a safe and professional manner following company policies procedures and traffic laws if delivery is assigned as an essential function
