The inbound lead division currently includes 60 to 70 agents, with 38 of these agents actively operating on the Zillow platform, underscoring the team's scale and collaborative environment. In this role, Realtors gain access to sophisticated tools such as Follow Up Boss CRM and Maverick as well as vital training programs including the Zillow Boot Camp and specialized listing appointment training. Weekly team trainings and role plays foster continuous skill development and real-world sales readiness.
