The role available is for an experienced Real Estate Agent and Team Lead, designed for producing agents who seek freedom, better economics, and stronger support while scaling their business. This position allows agents to build and lead their own brand or team while benefiting from Link Brokerages' proprietary technology, marketing support, operational assistance, and lead generation systems. Key features include a 90/10 commission split with a cap, revenue share opportunities, custom IDX integrated websites, CRMs, and access to mortgage and escrow partners with exclusive discounts.
The Team Lead responsibilities include building, growing, and leading a real estate brand or team within and beyond the local market. The role demands providing exceptional service to buyers, sellers, investors, and landlords while maintaining strong relationships with clients and industry professionals. Mentoring and collaborating with newer agents is also a vital part of the position.
