  • ability to support national real estate mandates, policies, portfolio occupancy rates, and space utilization
  • understanding of real estate operations and translating workspace data into quantifiable portfolio metrics
  • participation in team meetings to understand business issues affecting processes and strategies
  • collaboration on company-wide real estate initiatives
  • capability to develop financial models for P&L and cash flow impacts of real estate decisions
  • proficiency in real estate and workplace related software
  • understanding of Microsoft Office and Google collaborative tools for financial analysis and presentations
