Job Description
PwC, one of the world's leading professional services firms, is renowned for its comprehensive advisory, assurance, and tax services that support clients across various industries. Within PwC, the property management function plays a vital role in providing strategic advice and innovative solutions specifically tailored to clients operating in the real estate sector. The firm helps clients optimize their property portfolios, maximize investment returns, and effectively manage their assets through services such as property acquisitions, leasing, asset management, and overseeing real estate development projects. PwC's corporate real estate management division focuses on managing physical assets and real estate holdings that are either owned or leased by the firm and its clients for business operations. This includes activities like identifying suitable properties, leasing management, portfolio optimization, and real estate strategy formulation to support business objectives and growth.
As a Director in the Real Estate team at PwC, you will be entrusted with significant responsibilities involving the management of lease transactions across a segment of the US and Mexico real estate portfolio. This senior leadership role requires you to set strategic directions for property management initiatives, lead business development efforts, and manage multiple projects with a focus on delivering impactful outcomes. You will serve as a key point of contact for executive-level client relations, ensuring high client satisfaction by fostering trust and maintaining open, clear communication channels.
This role also demands a visionary approach to real estate strategy where you translate business vision into actionable plans and inspire your team to achieve those goals. You will be instrumental in driving change and innovation within the corporate real estate function, blending technological advancements with human capital to enhance operational efficiency. Managing projects such as office relocations, expansions, contractions, and special real estate initiatives will form a core part of your daily responsibilities, requiring you to balance long-term strategic thinking with short-term execution.
Leadership at this level at PwC goes beyond managing projects; it includes mentoring future leaders, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, as well as upholding PwC's values of quality, integrity, inclusion, and commercial acumen. You will be expected to collaborate extensively across PwC's global network, harnessing collective expertise to solve complex problems and create sustainable real estate solutions. Your role contributes directly to the growth and success of the firm’s real estate portfolio, leveraging data and analytics to support decision-making and optimize space utilization.
The position is well-compensated, with a salary range from $122,500 to $423,780, adjusting for location and individual qualifications, and including eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus. PwC offers a comprehensive benefits package to support your well-being and work-life balance. This role involves up to 60% travel, connecting with stakeholders and managing projects across multiple locations, providing dynamic and engaging work environments.
If you have a strong background in commercial real estate leasing, leadership capabilities, and a strategic mindset geared towards innovation and client success, the Director role at PwC presents a rewarding opportunity to influence the firm's real estate strategy and achieve substantial career growth within a leading global professional services firm committed to inclusion, ethics, and excellence.
