Job Duties

  • Respond to inbound leads immediately and manage a sales pipeline in CRM
  • conduct buyer and seller consultations to identify needs and match clients with properties
  • host open houses and schedule property viewings
  • draft and negotiate purchase agreements
  • maintain up-to-date knowledge of local real estate market and inventory
  • actively follow up on leads and client inquiries
  • collaborate with support team to ensure smooth transaction coordination
