Job Description

The Perry Group is a leading real estate brokerage renowned for delivering tangible results to its agents and clients alike. Situated in the Greater Salt Lake area, including Davis and Utah Counties, The Perry Group prides itself on its high-volume sales team that consistently achieves impressive outcomes. By embracing cutting-edge technology and aggressive internet lead generation systems, the brokerage builds a steady and reliable pipeline of opportunities, ensuring that its agents thrive in a competitive marketplace. With a reputation for fostering agent growth through solid infrastructure and innovative tools, The Perry Group stands out as an industry leader committed to helping real estate professionals maximize their potential and income.

The Perry Group is currently seeking ambitious, driven real estate agents to join their expanding team. This full-time position is commission-based, offering a lucrative pay range of $75,000 to $200,000+ annually, contingent on performance. The role demands dedication, strategic use of technology, and strong client relationship skills. Real estate agents at The Perry Group benefit from a unique supportive environment where leadership provides first-class coaching, marketing resources, and sales support, eliminating the common barriers agents face in other brokerages. The brokerage also alleviates back-office burdens by taking charge of transaction coordination, allowing agents to focus squarely on selling properties and closing deals.

In this position, agents will leverage a steady influx of high-quality local leads in the Greater Salt Lake, Davis, and Utah County areas. Using an innovative CRM platform, agents manage and convert these leads efficiently, ensuring a robust sales pipeline. The Perry Group’s training programs focus on helping agents master lead conversion, no matter their experience level, ensuring consistent career growth and increased earning potential. Responsibilities encompass aggressive lead follow-up, conducting consultations with buyers and sellers to identify needs, hosting property viewings and open houses, drafting and negotiating purchase agreements, and maintaining expert knowledge of market trends and inventory.

Working at The Perry Group provides an unmatched opportunity for real estate professionals seeking to elevate their careers. The brokerage’s commitment to technology-driven strategies, comprehensive support, and agent success makes it a preferred destination for both seasoned agents and those newly licensed but ready to excel. The dynamic work schedule includes Monday to Friday with required weekend availability for showings and client meetings, accommodating client needs while maintaining a structured workflow. Joining The Perry Group means plugging into a system that works, with ongoing growth prospects in a thriving real estate market.
