The Perry Group operates primarily within the Greater Salt Lake, Davis, and Utah County areas, acting as a pivotal player in these key local markets. With a strong infrastructure in place, The Perry Group ensures that agents are not only equipped with leads but also with the comprehensive support required to convert prospects into clients successfully.\n\nThe Perry Group is expanding and currently seeking ambitious, motivated real estate agents looking to elevate their careers. This full-time position offers the potential to earn between $75,000 and $200,000 or more per year, commission-based, reflecting the income potential associated with a high-volume sales environment. The company stands out due to its commitment to delivering real growth through an aggressive internet lead generation system, advanced CRM platforms, and an extensive training program focused on lead conversion mastery. Agents at The Perry Group benefit from first-class support, including coaching, sales assistance, and ready-to-use marketing materials. Furthermore, a dedicated in-house transaction coordination team handles the back-office administration, allowing agents to focus entirely on sales activities.\n\nThis role is ideal for both new and experienced real estate agents who are licensed in Utah and are seeking an environment that fosters productivity, professional development, and tangible income growth. The Perry Group’s culture emphasizes responsiveness, organization, and client-centered service, with agents expected to swiftly follow up on inbound leads, manage active sales pipelines, and maintain expert knowledge of the local real estate market. Duties include conducting buyer and seller consultations, hosting showings and open houses, negotiating purchase agreements, and delivering high-value market insights. Weekend availability is required for client meetings and property showings, ensuring that clients receive timely and dedicated service.\n\nJoining The Perry Group means aligning with a brokerage that not only champions technology and market expertise but also provides a solid platform for ambitious agents to succeed.
