Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous administrative or receptionist experience required
  • strong computer proficiency
  • experience handling multi-line phone systems

  • ability to work in a fast-paced office environment

Job Qualifications

  • Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Canva, updating websites, and Mailchimp
  • experience with busy multi-line phone systems
  • demonstrates strong reliability and accountability in daily responsibilities
  • high organization skills with strong attention to detail
  • professional appearance and demeanor
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • previous administrative or receptionist experience
  • basic knowledge of accounts payable (AP) processes is a plus

Job Duties

  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner
  • answer and manage a multi-line phone system, directing calls appropriately
  • maintain a polished and welcoming front office environment
  • assist the accounting department with accounts payable (AP) tasks
  • organize and maintain records to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries (including FedEx)
  • support office staff with additional administrative tasks as needed
