Job Duties
- Networking and prospecting using KW's proven systems and models
- Showing properties and working with home buyers
- Marketing properties and working with home sellers
- Phone duty answering phones for new business
- Negotiating contracts
- Sales management

- Develops property listings by building rapport and reaching out to potential sellers
- Lists property by examining property, recommending improvements, coordinating with appraisers, closing contracts
- Develops buyers by meeting potential buyers, placing advertisements, responding to inquiries
- Closes sales by matching buyers' requirements with listings, showing properties, writing contracts
- Updates job knowledge through ongoing education and maintaining networks
- Reviews and resolves all title issues
- Secure signed title examination or commitment
- Order releases or transfers
- Check legal documents and contracts for accuracy
- Verify fees and loan check
- Resolve curative issues
- Perform processing assistant duties as needed
- Cover any department when shorthanded
- Other duties as assigned by management
