Protocon RM is currently seeking a Ready Mixer Driver to join its Sterling Heights, MI location. This full-time position involves transporting ready-mix concrete from batch plants to various customer job sites and carefully discharging the concrete in designated areas. The Ready Mixer Driver plays a critical role in ensuring customers receive timely and accurate deliveries while adhering strictly to safety policies and regulations. The workweek typically spans 5 to 6 days with 40 or more hours and opportunities for overtime, providing competitive pay along with comprehensive benefits. The role demands a hands-on approach, including loading and unloading concrete, machine inspection, and direct communication with customers at job sites to maintain safe access and operations.

- minimum of a cdl-b license and air brakes endorsement
- ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- ability to bend, kneel, stoop, climb or crawl under or on top of equipment multiple times per day
