Job Requirements
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
- Applicants must be 18 years of age or older
- Must have valid Class 1 or Class 3 driver’s license with air brake endorsement
- Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings and weekends
- Strong commitment to safety and customer service
- Must be comfortable operating in fast-paced, physically demanding environments
- Demonstrated reliability and teamwork

Job Duties
- Safely operate a ready mix truck to deliver concrete to construction sites
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and team members
- Maintain accurate delivery and work records
- Follow all safety and environmental regulations and company policies
