Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in concrete testing or construction materials preferred
- ability to work in varying weather conditions and perform physical activities including lifting and standing
- excellent communication skills
- valid driver's license for travel to job sites
- willingness to work occasional irregular hours including nights and Saturdays
- commitment to safety protocols and team collaboration

- Demonstrated knowledge of concrete materials, testing procedures, and quality standards
- ability to interpret specifications and apply sound judgment in a fast-paced environment
- strong attention to detail with clear documentation and communication skills
- capability to work independently and collaborate with operations, customers, and technicians
- commitment to safety, compliance, and continuous improvement
Job Duties
- Perform field and plant testing of ready-mix concrete to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards
- monitor batching, mixing, and delivery processes to verify consistency and performance
- document and report test results accurately
- communicate findings to operations and customer teams
- troubleshoot mix performance issues and recommend adjustments to maintain quality
- support continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, efficiency, and product excellence
