The role involves performing field and plant testing of ready-mix concrete to verify compliance with specified quality standards. The successful candidate will monitor mixing, batching, and delivery processes to ensure consistency and optimal performance while documenting and communicating test results accurately. They will also troubleshoot mix performance issues and recommend adjustments to maintain or improve quality, playing a critical role in supporting ongoing safety and efficiency initiatives.
