The TITAN Group, established in 1902, is an independent multi-regional producer with a strong commitment to sustainability, innovation, and community impact. It operates in 13 countries and employs over 5,500 people worldwide. Titan Florida specializes in the production and distribution of key building materials including cement, aggregate, ready-mixed concrete, and fly ash beneficiation, all essential components for modern construction and infrastructure projects.
Titan Florida's products are vital in protecting human life and personal property, improving the quality of life, generating economic prosperity, and connecting society. The company maintains a strong focus on environmental stewardship and social progressiveness, ensuring that all its activities contribute positively to the communities it serves. Through the support from its parent company, Titan America LLC, Titan Florida is able to maintain high standards of operational efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction.
The role offered at Titan Florida is for a Truck Driver responsible for the safe and efficient operation of company vehicles, specifically for the transportation of perishable products to customer sites. This position requires a strong focus on safety, quality customer service, and operational compliance with federal, state, and company regulations. The Truck Driver will not only operate heavy vehicles but also assist with plant maintenance and other tasks as assigned when not driving, making this a dynamic role suited for individuals who enjoy a combination of driving and hands-on work.
Candidates will be expected to perform pre- and post-trip inspections, load materials, manage truck cleanliness, and document all deliveries accurately and timely. Communication with dispatch, maintenance, and plant management is critical to ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL), a clean driving record, and preferably experience in the ready-mix or related industries. Flexibility to work shifts including nights, weekends, and overtime is necessary given the operational demands.
This role at Titan Florida offers an excellent opportunity to be part of a respected, growth-focused company deeply committed to safe, sustainable, and community-centered business practices. Candidates who bring professionalism, a positive attitude toward driving, and a passion for customer service will find this an engaging and rewarding position within the building materials industry.
