The Ready-Mix Driver role is critical in the company’s day-to-day operations. This position involves the safe and timely delivery of ready-mixed concrete and related products to various construction sites within a defined geographical region. Because of the perishability of the concrete, drivers operate on a schedule that typically spans between 5 to 10 hours daily, with the possibility of overtime during busy periods and Saturdays, ensuring that customers receive their orders when needed. Drivers start and end their shifts at the same location, promoting consistency and familiarity with daily operations.

The role requires drivers to perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, operate specialized trucks, and maintain clear communication with dispatch to coordinate deliveries efficiently.
