Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to project manage and lead large-scale events
- Work collaboratively with all ministries and site teams
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to manage multiple tasks
- Organized, disciplined with priorities, and meticulous attention to detail
- Experience with Mac and PC platforms and Google platforms
- Must be able to walk up to 5 miles, stand, climb, lift, pull, push, carry, reach, and stoop as required
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 25 lbs
- Must be able to work 30 hours per week with occasional flexible hours
- Must be able to work during essential ReachOut times such as Thanksgiving and Christmas
- Many tasks can be done from home
- Willingness to participate in team outings and events throughout the year
Job Qualifications

- Bachelor's level degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Ability to project manage and lead large-scale events
- Work collaboratively with all ministries and site teams

- Experience with Mac and PC platforms as well as Google platforms
Job Duties
- Plan and oversee ReachOut site events' scope, milestones, and general timelines
- Ensure clear communication with volunteers, Community Pastors, site teams, and the central ReachOut team throughout the coordination of events
- Coordinate use of facilities, including parking, uniformed officers, safety, receiving shipments, storage, event decoration
- Work with site resources to coordinate logistics and assets needed to execute events
- Manage logistics and assets needed for site-specific partners involved in initiatives
- Identify the number of requested resources (i.e., boxes and gifts) and manage delivery
- Collaborate consistently with multiple site ministries, including Engagement, Connections, and Facilities teams
