Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • at least one year of experience in hospital or physician revenue cycle strongly preferred
  • working knowledge of patient registration and financial clearance
  • high level of interpersonal and problem solving skills
  • effective written and verbal communication skills
  • ability to work within a team and maintain collaborative relationships
  • ability to take initiative and meet objectives

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • greet and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner
  • hardwire specific elements in patient interactions to ensure consistent, high quality, and enhancement of the overall experience
  • ensure timely and accurate patient registration
  • maintain patient records and confidentiality
  • provide information and answer patient inquiries
  • collaborate with clinical staff to ensure smooth operations
