This position is onsite and requires availability Monday through Friday from 12 PM to 4 PM. Offering competitive pay ranging from $26 to $28 hourly, depending on experience, this role provides a great opportunity for individuals with strong administrative and customer service skills to contribute significantly to community life. The Concierge will act as the primary point of contact at the front desk, welcoming visitors, residents, board members, vendors, and guests in a professional and courteous manner. This role demands excellent multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment and exceptional communication skills both verbally and in writing. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential to handle various administrative duties effectively. The Concierge will play a pivotal role in supporting the site team through tasks such as document preparation, maintaining accurate records, scheduling meetings and appointments, and responding promptly to emails and telephone inquiries. Providing outstanding customer service remains a top priority as this position necessitates engaging positively with homeowners, residents, and board members to address concerns and facilitate a resident-focused atmosphere. Job Duties
- Serve as the primary front desk receptionist, greeting visitors, residents, board members, vendors, and guests in a professional, welcoming manner while maintaining a positive and organized reception area
- Answer and manage incoming phone calls efficiently, directing inquiries, providing information, and resolving routine issues promptly
- Respond to emails and other communications from homeowners, board members and team members in a timely and courteous manner
- Provide administrative support to the site team, including preparing documents, maintaining records, scheduling meetings/appointments, and assisting with various office projects
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills when interacting with homeowners/residents and board members, addressing concerns professionally and courteously
- Support overall community operations by maintaining accurate records, processing routine requests, and contributing to a smooth, resident-focused environment
