We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Bussers at Gus' Sip & Dip. This role is pivotal in maintaining the smooth operation of the dining room and ensuring that every guest enjoys an exceptional experience. Bussers support the service team by keeping dining areas clean and organized and assisting with various tasks, including barista duties when directed. The position demands a high level of teamwork, organization, and situational awareness to anticipate guests' needs and maintain an inviting environment.
Bussers at Gus' Sip & Dip not only help reset tables and manage the flow of clean and dirty dishes but also contribute significantly to the overall guest satisfaction. This position offers a dynamic work environment that requires the ability to multitask effectively and stay composed during busy periods. Employees must be physically capable of standing and walking throughout their shifts and moving furniture and equipment safely. This role offers flexible scheduling across days and shifts, including weekends, accommodating various availability needs.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to stand and walk for an entire shift
- Ability to safely move and lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends
- Good communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to assist with barista duties as needed
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is a plus
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds
- Customer service orientation
- Basic knowledge of food allergy procedures and special orders
Job Duties
- Clean and reset tables and transport dirty dishes to bus tub, tray or dish room
- Available to work a variety of hours, days and shifts, including weekends
- Effectively service a minimum of an eight table section
- Safely and effectively move chairs, tables, highchairs and booster seats
- Safely and effectively use and operate all necessary tools and equipment
- Ability to effectively communicate in order to perform and follow job requirements in written and spoken direction
- Ability to multitask calmly and effectively in a busy, stressful environment
