Job Requirements

  • Possess a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency
  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Have authorization to work in the United States
  • Hold a valid driver’s license
  • Proficiency in English
  • Pass a physical ability test
  • Consistently prioritize safety and security of self, others, and personal data
  • Wear required company-approved personal protective equipment including hearing protection, safety-toe footwear, protective headwear, and high visibility safety apparel
  • Ability to hold airport specific requirements such as a SIDA Badge and Customs Seal

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Safely lift, load, unload, and transport baggage, mail, and cargo to and from aircraft
  • Safeguard cargo, baggage, and mail from damage, loss, and weather
  • Safely drive and operate ground equipment such as tugs, belt loaders, and tow tractors in congested areas
  • Operate baggage scanners and computers to ensure accurate routing of baggage
  • Guide incoming and departing aircraft from gate positions to ensure timely connections
