Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift heavy baggage and cargo
- Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to relocate to Richmond International Airport before starting work
- Ability to work in person at the airport
- Must have reliable transportation to commute to Richmond International Airport
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Prior experience in airport operations or logistics is a plus
Job Duties
- Load and unload baggage and cargo onto aircraft
- Operate ground service equipment safely and efficiently
- Inspect and secure baggage to ensure it meets safety regulations
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Assist in guiding aircraft during parking and departure
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the ramp area
- Follow all safety protocols and airport regulations
