Job Description

Royal Parking is a leading valet parking service provider known for going beyond just parking cars. Their team of professional valets is meticulously trained to enhance the overall patron experience by delivering outstanding customer service, ensuring convenience and satisfaction from the moment guests arrive until they depart. Operating in diverse locations such as restaurants, hotels, and events, Royal Parking focuses on seamless vehicle management and exceptional guest relations to uphold its reputation for reliability and excellence in the valet industry. The company prides itself on maintaining a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where growth and advancement opportunities are actively supported for all employees. Employment is available in both full-time and part-time capacities, with a salary-based compensation structure and additional reimbursements such as gas and cell phone allowances, emphasizing the company's commitment to supporting its workforce.

The Valet Parking Manager role at Royal Parking is a crucial leadership position responsible for overseeing daily valet operations and guiding a dedicated team of valet attendants. This role demands a professional, dependable, and customer-focused individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and demonstrates strong leadership capabilities. The valet manager will be entrusted with managing vehicle flow, traffic control, and ensuring the safety and security of all vehicles under the company’s care. Proactive in addressing guest concerns and vehicle-related issues, the manager must uphold high standards of customer service to build trust and satisfaction among patrons.

With responsibilities spanning staff hiring, training, scheduling, and supervision, the Valet Parking Manager must coordinate effectively with hotel, restaurant, and venue management teams to align operations with client expectations. The role also requires meticulous oversight of keys, tickets, radios, and valet equipment, alongside conducting regular vehicle inspections and damage documentation to minimize liability and maintain operational integrity. Financial oversight, such as tracking payroll, tips, attendance, and labor costs, is also a key function to ensure efficient resource management.

Compliance with company policies is critical, and as such, the manager will perform operational audits and spot checks to enforce cash handling procedures, safety standards, and proper vehicle documentation. Maintaining organized parking areas and enforcing professional appearance standards among staff reinforces the company’s commitment to quality service. The role requires preparing various operational reports, including incident, staffing, and revenue reports, to inform management decisions and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

This position offers a vibrant work culture with competitive benefits, including health insurance and opportunities for personal and professional growth. Candidates with prior experience in valet, hospitality, or parking management are highly preferred, along with those exhibiting strong leadership skills and a customer-first mentality. The ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, is necessary to meet the demands of a fast-paced service industry. A valid driver's license with a clean driving record and the ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles enhance a candidate's suitability for the role.

Located in the Royal Parking Raleigh Office, this full-time role invites qualified candidates to join a reputable company that values diversity and equal employment opportunities. Applicants from all backgrounds are encouraged to apply and become part of a team dedicated to setting the standard in valet parking services.
