Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in valet or hospitality management preferred
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to manage and supervise a team
- Good communication skills
- Ability to operate automatic and manual transmission vehicles preferred
- Professional appearance and reliable attendance

Job Duties
- Hire, train, schedule, and supervise valet attendants for restaurants, hotels and events
- Manage daily parking operations, vehicle flow, and traffic control
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns or vehicle claim issues
- Monitor keys, tickets, radios, and valet equipment
- Perform vehicle inspections and oversee damage documentation procedures
- Coordinate staffing for busy events, peak hours, and peak seasons
- Communicate with hotel, restaurant, and venue management teams
- Track payroll, tips, attendance, and labor costs
- Conduct operational audits and spot checks to ensure compliance with company policies, cash handling procedures, safety standards, and vehicle documentation requirements
- Maintain organized parking areas and ensure staff maintain professional appearance standards
- Prepare operational, incident, staffing, and revenue reports
- Enforce company policies and disciplinary procedures when necessary
- Assist with parking and retrieving vehicles during high-volume periods
