Timpanogos Regional Hospital, located in Orem, Utah, is a full-service 122-plus bed hospital that has been serving the residents of Utah County since 1998. Known as Utah County's only Top 100 hospital, Timpanogos Regional offers some of the latest advances in life-saving technology while delivering services with the compassion and personalized care of a community hospital. The hospital is part of the extensive HCA Healthcare network, which includes more than 300 affiliate facilities across the United States. This network provides colleagues with opportunities for career growth, travel, and relocation, making it a dynamic and supportive environment to work in. With a dedicated team of over 900 physicians, medical staff, and volunteers, Timpanogos Regional Hospital cares for more than 30,000 patients each year, reflecting a strong commitment to both community health and patient-focused care.
As a Radiologist Concierge part-time at Timpanogos Regional Hospital, you will be an integral member of a compassionate team committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. This position operates on a part-time schedule with shifts running Tuesday through Friday from 9 am to 2 pm. In this role, you will utilize your friendly customer service skills to assist patients through their imaging experiences, ensuring their comfort and ease while navigating administrative and clinical processes. Your responsibilities will also extend to providing patient navigation for referring physician offices, which includes scheduling appointments, delivering CDs and reports, tracking patient referrals, promoting imaging services, and supporting office visits and related tasks.
The Radiologist Concierge role is more than just customer service; it is about being a caring guide and a reliable resource for patients and staff through the imaging procedure journey. By greeting patients warmly and assisting them both in person and by phone, you help create a positive atmosphere centered on patient comfort and efficiency. Your role also involves performing routine administrative duties and actively promoting imaging growth initiatives to support the success of the department and hospital at large.
Candidates for this position must exhibit excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to prioritizing needs and managing resources. The ideal candidate brings experience in customer service, computer proficiency, and strong consulting and teaching skills. Teamwork and problem-solving capabilities are essential, as is the ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse group of employees, patients, and external stakeholders.
Joining Timpanogos Regional Hospital means becoming part of a healthcare organization known for its ethical practices and significant community contribution. HCA Healthcare, the parent organization, has been named one of the World's Most Ethical Companies multiple times by the Ethisphere Institute and invests heavily in charitable care, community support, and employee wellbeing. Employees at Timpanogos Regional Hospital benefit from a comprehensive total rewards package that includes medical, dental, vision, and behavioral health coverage; wellbeing support; paid time off; retirement savings plans with generous matches; education assistance; and numerous additional benefits focused on family support and financial wellbeing.
By applying for the Radiologist Concierge position, you have the opportunity to contribute to a well-respected hospital environment that values ethical leadership, innovative patient care, and a supportive workplace community. If you are motivated by making a positive difference in patients’ lives and thriving in a collaborative professional setting, this role at Timpanogos Regional Hospital provides a fulfilling career path with room for growth and development.
