The Radiation Therapist role at FCS is integral to the delivery of precise and effective radiation treatments, helping patients combat cancer and other diseases. Working under the supervision of dosimetrists, medical physicists, and radiation oncologists, the Radiation Therapist is responsible for administering targeted radiation therapy as per individualized treatment plans. Job Requirements

Valid Florida Certified Radiologic Technologist license
ARRT certification
BLS certification
CPR certification
Associate's degree preferred
One year of experience in radiation therapy preferred
Experience with hematology/oncology or radiation oncology patients in a clinic or hospital environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Effective communication skills
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Valid state Driver's License for travel
Compliance with company Driver Safety Operations and Motor Vehicle Records Check Policy

Job Qualifications

Associate's degree preferred
One year of experience in radiation therapy highly preferred
Experience with hematology/oncology or radiation oncology patients in a clinic or hospital is a plus

Job Duties

Treat cancer and other diseases in patients by administering radiation treatments according to treatment plan
Maintain detailed records of all therapy sessions with strict adherence to safety responsibilities and guidelines
