Job Requirements
- must be a graduate of an accredited radiation therapy program
- eligible to take and pass ARRT board examinations upon hire
- obtain RT(T)(ARRT) certification within 6 months if hired as student
- current Oregon Board of Medical Imaging temporary license for students and permanent license for registered hires
- BLS certificate within 30 days of hire or prior to independent practice for in-person patient care

- willingness to participate in training and supervision activities
Job Qualifications
- graduate of an accredited radiation therapy program
- eligibility to take and pass ARRT board examinations in radiation therapy
- current Oregon Board of Medical Imaging temporary or permanent license
- BLS certificate within 30 days of hire for patient care positions
- one year or more post-graduation experience preferred
- experience with Varian, Elekta, Tomotherapy, Mosaiq, ExacTrac, Calypso, Philips CT, and VisionRT equipment preferred
- familiarity with IORT, SRS, SBRT, TBI, TSEI, and HDR preferred
Job Duties
- administer radiation therapy accurately as prescribed by physician
- reinforce Radiation Oncologist's advice to patients regarding treatment reactions and care
- observe and monitor clinical progress of radiation oncology patients
- use clinical decision-making to recognize and report complications or unusual reactions
- assist with training, mentoring, or supervising Radiation Therapy students
- safely operate computerized simulation and treatment machines
- perform necessary machine and treatment quality assurances
