Physically, the role demands the ability to operate different machines and tools safely and efficiently, maintain visual acuity for safety and accuracy, and manage physical tasks such as standing for extended periods, lifting items up to 50 pounds, and performing movements like walking, stooping, and kneeling. These physical requirements ensure that the daily operations are smooth and that customer service standards remain high.

Philz offers a competitive compensation package, with a base hourly rate estimated between $20.50 and $21.50, supplemented by tips that can add an average of $5.00 per hour.
