The role of Racquet Sport Coordinator at Flying Horse Resort and Club is an exciting opportunity for an organized, energetic, and service-oriented professional to join our racquet sports department. This position plays a vital role in the delivery of exceptional member and guest experiences by supporting daily operations and programming. You will be responsible for effective communication, administrative support, and the seamless coordination of racquet sport activities and events. Key responsibilities include responding promptly and professionally to racquet sport-related communications, organizing junior racquet sport programming, managing scheduling and participant registration, and assisting with the planning and promotion of social mixers and tournaments. Your role will be instrumental in ensuring all racquet sport events and programs are executed smoothly and efficiently, enhancing member engagement and satisfaction. This position requires collaboration with racquet sport professionals and other club departments to maintain a cohesive and supportive environment. The Racquet Sport Coordinator will also assist in various areas of the Athletic Club as required, making this a dynamic and multifaceted role ideal for individuals with a passion for sports coordination and hospitality. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in sports coordination, club operations, hospitality, or administrative support preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency with email, scheduling systems, and office software
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Professional and member-focused attitude
  • Ability to assist with events and tournaments
  • Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Physical ability to move throughout the club and racquet sport facilities

  • Ability to assist with event setup and tournament operations
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Job Duties

  • Respond promptly and professionally to all racquet sport-related emails and inquiries
  • Coordinate and organize junior racquet sport programming, including scheduling, communication, and participant registration
  • Plan, promote, and assist with racquet sport mixers and social events
  • Assist with tournament preparation and execution as needed
  • Support the racquet sports team with administrative and operational tasks
  • Communicate program details, updates, and event information clearly to members, guests, and staff
  • Maintain accurate records for programming, attendance, and communications
  • Help ensure all racquet sport events and programs run smoothly and efficiently
  • Provide exceptional customer service consistent with the standards of Flying Horse Resort and Club
  • Collaborate with racquet sport professionals and other club departments to support programming and member engagement
  • Assist in all areas of the Athletic Club as required
