This job opportunity is for a Tennis Coordinator who will be essential in delivering a quality tennis experience for the club's members and guests. The Tennis Coordinator will be responsible for managing court and lesson reservations, understanding the various tennis programs available, and promoting events to enhance guest engagement. Interaction with members and guests to assist in game matching will also be a significant component of this role. Additionally, the coordinator will handle billing for lessons and court fees as well as retail sales that complement the tennis offerings.

The ideal candidate is expected to work closely with the Director of Racquet Sports while maintaining excellent relations with club members, resort guests, vendors, and meeting planners. The role demands strong interpersonal skills, a team-oriented mindset, and experience in a customer service environment, ideally with some exposure to country club or resort settings and tennis knowledge. Physically, the role requires an ability to lift and handle items up to 50 pounds, as well as the stamina to stand and walk for extended periods. This position not only demands operational efficiency but also a passion for tennis and hospitality that can provide memorable experiences for all participants involved in the club's tennis programs.
