Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous marina experience preferred
- heavy forklift experience a plus
- ability to ascend and descend a ladder
- ability to work in all weather conditions
- ability to work in confined spaces
- ability to lift 50 pounds
- basic boat handling skills a plus
- standard skills expected of a Yard Hand

Job Duties
- Haul, block and launch boats
- perform general boat maintenance and service work to include waxing, bottom painting and zinc replacement
- work closely with the Yard Foreman and assist fellow crewmembers as needed
- operate yard machinery including 75-ton travelift, 35-ton hydraulic trailer, forklift, power washer, etc
- grounds maintenance and marina cleanliness
- availability to work overtime when required
- carry out additional duties as assigned by supervisor
