- Greet guests and team members with warmth and a service-first smile

- Load, unload, and tag guests' luggage promptly and escort them to their rooms

- Safeguard sensitive areas, master keys, and guest privacy with responsibility and sound judgment
- Keep hotel vehicles clean and ready for guest transport
