You will be expected to safely sample raw materials, including lifting weights up to 50 pounds repeatedly. Compliance with global food safety standards such as HACCP, FSP, ISO 22000, SQF, BRC, and other GFSI criteria will be a key requirement.

The position offers an hourly starting rate of $20.00, with the possibility of higher pay depending on experience. If you work the 3rd shift (11 pm to 7 am, Monday through Friday), you will also be eligible for shift differential pay. This onsite role is based in Hamilton, Ohio, reporting directly to the Quality Supervisor within the Quality Department.

Joining Synergy Flavors means becoming part of an innovative, forward-thinking company that values your contributions and supports your professional development. Our commitment to our people is reflected in our supportive culture and the many benefits we offer to help you maintain work-life balance and achieve your career goals.
