CCL Industries' portfolio includes various specialized products such as extruded and laminated plastic tubes, aluminum aerosols, specialty bottles, precision-decorated components, electronic displays, and polymer banknote substrates, serving government institutions and large global customers. The company also encompasses renowned brands like Avery, known for being the world's largest supplier of labels, specialty converted media, and software solutions for digital printing; Checkpoint, a leading developer of RF and RFID technology systems for retail loss prevention and inventory management; and Innovia, a global producer of specialty, high-performance films for labeling, packaging, and security applications. With a strong foundation in materials science, including polymer extrusion, adhesive development, coating and lamination, surface engineering, and metallurgy, CCL Industries leverages its extensive technical expertise and global resources to drive innovation and meet stringent customer and regulatory requirements.

The Quality Supervisor ensures that inspection processes—from incoming materials through to final product checks—are strictly adhered to according to control plans and quality instructions. They provide real-time support to the production team by troubleshooting defects, coordinating root cause analysis for defects and customer complaints, and facilitating corrective and preventive actions using structured problem-solving methodologies such as 8D, 5-Why, Fishbone, or A3.

Additional responsibilities include managing the documentation and procedures related to the quality system, conducting internal audits, participating in management reviews, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives aligned with Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen methodologies. The role requires excellent leadership to build strong collaborative relationships across multiple departments, suppliers, and customers to support quality objectives and uphold the brand’s reputation. The position offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $80,000 annually based on experience, with comprehensive benefits including health and dental insurance, 401(k) with matching, and more. Candidates with a criminal record are encouraged to apply, reflecting the company’s inclusive hiring practices. This position is an in-person role based at one of CCL Industries' operational facilities, providing a dynamic and fast-paced environment for quality assurance professionals seeking to make a meaningful impact in a global manufacturing leader.
