Job Duties
- Collaborating with production, engineering, supply chain, and quality assurance teams to resolve quality issues
- Communicating effectively with stakeholders on approaches and methodologies for solving complex quality challenges
- Developing, implementing, and maintaining quality management system (QMS) processes and procedures
- Monitoring and analyzing product and process performance using statistical tools and data-driven techniques
- Leading root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) initiatives to address quality issues
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives, including Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen projects
- Investigating customer complaints and ensuring timely resolution and reporting
- Ensuring compliance with quality standards, policies, and procedures
- escalating risks when necessary
- Tracking and delivering on continuous improvement metrics and performance targets
- Supporting internal and external audits, customer inspections, and regulatory compliance activities
- Maintaining accurate, complete, and compliant quality records in line with retention requirements
