Effective communication of test results and potential rejections to key stakeholders in Quality, Operations, Purchasing, and Customer Care is an essential part of this role, emphasizing the collaborative nature of the work environment.

Givaudan values continuous improvement and encourages employees to identify opportunities to enhance quality control processes. Beyond technical skills, the role requires a commitment to maintaining a safe and hygienic laboratory environment. This position is ideal for candidates who have a vocational diploma in Chemistry, Biology, Environmental Science, or related fields and possess 4 to 5 years of overall work experience, with at least 1 to 2 years in a similar quality control role. A university degree is preferred but not mandatory. Sensory evaluation experience and knowledge of chemical substances, hazardous materials, and local regulations will ensure success in this role.

Joining Givaudan means becoming part of a diverse and inclusive workforce that values every individual’s voice and perspective. The company promotes a culture of innovation, teamwork, and environmental consciousness, making Givaudan not just a workplace but a community where you can build a meaningful and rewarding career.
