This role is designed for a motivated and detail-oriented individual ready to embark on a career with Baker Construction as a Level I Inspector. The Level I Inspector will operate under the close direction of a supervisor and will be essential in maintaining quality and safety standards on construction projects. This pivotal position involves performing inspections and tests that conform to documented procedures, acceptance criteria, and industry standards as outlined by contract documents. The Level I Inspector plays a critical role in ensuring that materials and workmanship meet the technical specifications, thereby supporting the successful delivery of safe, durable structures. Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in an engineering, scientific, or construction related discipline from an accredited college or university
  • or high school diploma and 4 years related experience
  • knowledge of construction practices including formwork, rebar, concrete placing
  • ability to locate, read and interpret applicable quality codes and standards
