Reporting directly to the Quality Manager, the technician plays a key role in ensuring that powder coatings meet or exceed customer specifications. This role operates on a Monday through Friday schedule with shifts from 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm, potentially involving occasional overtime and weekend coverage.
