Job Requirements
- Capable of pushing or pulling up to 100 lbs and lifting up to 50 lbs
- able to perform Air and Slump tests accurately
- able to climb equipment ladders and work safely off platforms
- ability to assist Mixer Drivers with load testing and vehicle maneuvering
- experience conducting pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- able to work flexible hours based on seasonal demand
- able to communicate professionally with various stakeholders
- follow safety guidelines and standard operating procedures at all times
- valid driver’s license
- clean driving record
- ability to work in changing seasonal environments
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a similar physical labor or driving role preferred
- knowledge of safety regulations and standard operating procedures
- ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and climbing
- proficiency in completing paperwork and data entry
- strong communication skills
- valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- capability to operate trucks safely on varied terrains
Job Duties
- Perform all duties in a safe and consistent manner
- push or pull up to 100 lbs and lift up to 50 lbs
- perform Air and Slump tests accurately
- lift and place chutes to assist drivers
- climb equipment ladders and work off platforms
- assist Mixer Drivers with testing loads per customer requests
- assist Mixer Drivers in backing up safely to pumps and around obstacles
- perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of equipment
- check and fill fluids as required
- complete applicable paperwork such as Field Reports and Data Entry
- generate QC reports of concrete complaints when requested
- correspond via email to internal company personnel
- complete Vehicle Inspection Reports
- drive safely and lawfully on interstate, state, county highways, city streets, dirt roads and mine sites
- visit customer job sites to assess truck accessibility
- observe and report safe/unsafe conditions on job sites
- follow defined Standard Operating Procedures
- locate delivery addresses and assist Mixer Drivers
- communicate professionally with customers, contractors, and team members
