Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Willingness to work variable shifts including day and overnight shifts
  • Ability to complete SRM's pre-employment screenings
  • Entry-level candidates welcome with willingness to undergo on-the-job training

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Perform routine and non-routine testing of raw materials, in-process, and finished ready mix concrete using industry-standard methods
  • Interpret test results and compare them to established specifications and control limits
  • Conduct visual inspections of concrete products to ensure compliance with quality standards
  • Collaborate with production and operations teams to troubleshoot and resolve quality issues
  • Deliver quality control training to production staff as directed by management or technical services
  • Maintain accurate records of tests, analyses, and quality-related activities
  • Stay current on industry trends, technologies, and regulations to help improve our quality control processes
