The Quality Control Technician role at Oldcastle Infrastructure, located in Pleasanton, California, offers a full-time, non-exempt position with competitive hourly pay ranging from $27 to $30 per hour. The position requires proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering/shop drawings and familiarity with Microsoft Office programs for record-keeping purposes. Ideal candidates would bring experience from the precast or related industries and possess certifications such as ACI Field Tech I, although this is preferred rather than mandatory. Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds and thrive in a fast-paced environment is essential, along with a strong desire to learn, self-motivation, and teamwork skills.
